  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: €12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please review our return policy below:

Return Process

  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the items and ship them to the provided address. Please use the original packaging if possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Underwear and socks
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
